You may view your order history when you sign in, click on My Account at the top left of every Korinos Fashions page, and click on Order History ( under Order Support) on the left side of the page. Once you register your account on Korinos Fashions, you will be able to see all your subsequent purchases and order you have placed through the stores,online,and through you Korinos Fashions Customer Service.
Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Care at 800-732-3144 or e-mail us. We'll check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes for you.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
If you haven't received your order within seven (7) business days, please contact Customer Care at 800-372-3144 or e-mail us for assistance.
We understand that sometimes a shipment may become damaged in transit. Please contact Customer Care at 800-732-3144 or e-mail us within 3 business days for assistance with returning the product.
If you order is missing an item, please contact Customer Care at 800-732-3144 e-mail us and have your packing list/ invoice available. All claims that any order was short must be made within three (3) days from date of invoice. Any product that is the subject of a shortage claim shall by credited or shipped by Korinos Fashions to Customer subject to availability of such product. A shortage claim may only be submitted for a product that was invoiced.
Korinos Fashions shall make commercially reasonable efforts to credit or fill any such shortage as expeditiously as possible.
